CZ 9 mm Shadow 2 Compact Optics Ready Pistol
Designed particularly for sports shooting up to 50 meters, the CZ Shadow 2 pistol is a semi-automatic handgun equipped with a locked breech system. It is provided with a double action trigger mechanism (SA/DA), hammer safety notch and an ambidextrous manual safety. The characteristic features of all versions include:
– Selective SA/DA firing mechanism operation
– Large capacity double-column magazine
– Comfortable grip and balance in either hand
– Good results at instinctive shooting (without aiming)
– Low trigger pull weight
– The trigger overtravel is defined by means of a distance screw (it is pre-set by the manufacturer)
– High accuracy of fire

– High reliability, even with various types of cartridges
– The slide stays open after the last cartridge has been fired
– Suitable for Combat shooting
– The sights comprise of a fibre optic front sight and height-adjustable rear sight, on special request micrometrical sights can be installed
– The front part of the frame is equipped with mounting rails (MIL-STD-1913) which serve for the purpose of the attachment of special accessories
The Shadow Optics Ready pistols are factory-modified for easy and very stable installation of modern compact collimator sights from a broad range of proven manufacturers (e.g. Trijicon, Vortex, Meopta, Leupold). The main advantages of the CZ Optics Ready pistols include:
– exceptional robustness, strength and durability of the mount
– low mount height
– easy sighting of the collimator sight even at longer distances
– compatibility with many popular collimator sights (the sight is not included in the package)
– the design corresponds to the shape of standard CZ pistols
