7MM 150 GR HPBT MatchKing (SMK)

The 150 grain #1915 bullet has a large following in rifle silhouette competition, especially for the first three banks, chickens, pigs and turkeys. This bullet also has a loyal following in Hunter Benchrest target shooting. In handguns, this bullet has been widely used for handgun silhouettes and other target competitions. They deliver outstanding accuracy, high momentum downrange, and low sensitivity to crosswinds. While they are recognised around the world for record-setting accuracy, MatchKing® and Tipped MatchKing® bullets are not recommended for most hunting applications. Although MatchKing® and Tipped MatchKing® bullets are commonly used for varmint hunting, their design will not provide the same reliable explosive expansion at equivalent velocities in varmints compared to their lightly jacketed Hornet, Blitz or Varminter counterparts.
